I’m Crystal, a fasting and transformation coach who specializes in helping women over 30 reset their health, balance their hormones, and unlock their God-given potential. At 49, I’ve walked the same road many of you are on navigating the ups and downs of hormones, energy, and weight loss. That’s why I created Fasting For Her to give women a proven path to feel confident, strong, and in control of their bodies again.
Beyond the certifications, I’m a wife, a mother, and a woman on a mission to live my best life while helping other women do the same. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body, to wrestle with fatigue, cravings, and self-doubt. But I also know the freedom that comes from fasting in alignment with your hormones and I want that same freedom for you.
